▫️ 50g instant oats ▫️ 30g salted caramel soy protein ▫️ 180ml milk (use less if you use whey protein) ▫️ 1 tsp baking powder ▫️ most of a banana, mashed (save some coins for decoration)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▫️ Banana coins ▫️ Natural PB ▫️ Dark chocolate chips ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👩‍🍳 just bake in the oven (180 degrees) for 18-20 mins, top/fill as you please and you’re good to go! Grate an apple and cook it in with your oats! 👇RECIPE👇 Ingredients: 1 apple 3/4 cup oats (reduce or use more depending on your own serving size) 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup water 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds Pinch of sea salt To serve: Toppings of choice Optional: Maple syrup if you rly don't think the apple did a good enough job 😂 Method: 1. Grate your apple. You don't have to peel it, that's just personal preference. 2. Add it into a saucepan with the remaining ingredients.
