SKŁADNIKI: ( 12 babeczek) • 250 g świeżego szpinaku • 3 jajka (temp. pokojowa) • 3/4 drobnego cukru • 3/4 szklanki oleju roślinnego • 2 szklanki mąki pszennej • 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia • skórka otarta z 1 cytryny 1 . Piekarnik rozgrzać do 170°C • 2 . Szpinak zblendowac na papkę. • 3 . W misie miksera zmiksować jajka z cukrem do białości (około 5 min ) • 4 . Strumieniem wlewać olej , dodać startą skórkę z cytryny i zblendowany szpinak. • 5 . Do masy przesiać mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia . • 6 . Napełnić papilotki • 7 . Piec w temperaturze 170°C około 25 min góra-dół • 8 . Ostudzić • 9 . Ostrym nożem ściąć górę każdej babeczki . • 10 . Ciasto drobno rozkruszyc palcami . • 11 .
