This is an epic dish. It's easy as a wink to throw together and makes some awesome breakfast for dinner when you are in the mood. Add some pancakes or eggs or hash browns and you are in business! Kids and adults love Lit'l Smokies and I never have much in the way of leftovers.
Mini Corndogs ½ cup Gluten-Free Bisquick ½ cup Milk 2 eggs 3 All Beef Hebrew Nation hotdogs Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin tin with non-stick spray. Whisk together Bisquick, milk and eggs. On a separate surface, cut the hotdogs lengthwise and then again into bit-sized pieces. Put several pieces of hotdog in each muffin tin. Spoon Bisquick mix over hotdogs. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and remove from tins.

BBQ Mini Hot Dogs | Ingredients: 2-3 pkgs Hillshire Farm Lil Beef Smokies, 1 large bottle (24 oz) bbq sauce, 2-3 Tbs. soy sauce, 1 tsp. minced garlic | Marinate beef smokies in Ziploc with soy sauce and garlic overnight. Pour marinated smokies into a large saucepan on stove on medium-high heat and cook through for about five minutes. Add bbq sauce to cover & reduce heat to medium-low. Cook slowly for 2-3 hours.
