Ingredients 1 banana 1 orange ½ cup low-fat or fat-free yoghurt 1 tablespoon coconut oil ¼ tablespoon ginger powder 2 tablespoons flax seeds 2 tablespoons whey powder Preparation Mix all of these together and put them in a blender. Blend them for a while
Mango Coco Smoothie: Thai yellow mango, 1 cup coconut milk or 1 cup Artisana coconut meat butter, 2 Tbsp soy yogurt [optional], 4 ice cubes. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add a bit more water.
