Homemade Korean BBQ Beef Rice Stack

Ingredients: 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin 4 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp gochujang (or sriracha for a twist) 2 cups cooked white rice 1 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 cup julienned carrots 2 fried eggs (optional, for topping) 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp green onions, sliced Instructions: Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, onion, and gochujang in a bowl. Toss beef in the marinade and let sit for 20 minutes. Heat a skillet on medium-high, cook the beef for 2–3 minutes per side, and set aside. In a bowl, layer rice, lettuce, carrots, and beef. Top with a fried egg, sesame seeds, and green onions. Serve immediately and savor the sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. #KoreanBBQ #BeefBowl #HomemadeKoreanFood
