Hey! A lot of ppl struggle with this, so dont worry cause ur not alone. Remember that just because you feel anger doesn't mean you're automatically a bad person. Some things that help are getting enough sleep or taking naps. If counting or taking deep breaths doesn't help you then try letting your anger out once you're alone. By journaling, scribbling, even hugging a pillow as hard as you can. Later on you'll feel so much better for keeping your calm. Take it easy, take care <3
