Acorazado japonés de clase Ise, botado en 1917, con un desplazamiento de 31.000 toneladas y una eslora de 206 metros. Armado con 12 cañones de 356 mm en 6 torretas dobles, 20 cañones de 40 mm, 4 cañones antiaéreos de 80 mm y 6 tubos lanzatorpedos de 530 mm colocados bajo su línea de flotación. Su tripulación constaba de 1.333 hombres y tras su conversión a híbrido podía transportar hasta 22 aviones.
