CHORIZO SMASH BREAKFAST TACOS - Spicy Chorizo, Caramelized Onion Spread, Spiced Candied Bacon, and a Fried Egg with Sweet Red Grass Fed Cheddar. Spread your chorizo evenly along a flour tortilla and place face down on a skillet on high heat. Cook for roughly 6 minutes until crispy. Candied bacon: coat bacon pieces in a mixture of butter and sriracha and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook in oven at 400f until browned- roughly 8 mins.

Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. 2. Cook your pancakes on a pan in a little oil like you would any other pancakes! You can pour it on the pan directly from the blender so you don’t have extra dishes to clean😉
