I believe Big Brother is in North Korea. They control everything the citizens do. A BBC reporter went to north korea and while there he had to tell everything they were filming. During his article he says "but I have never before been anywhere I have been so watched and controlled, or where everything is so stage-managed." This shows everything big brother is about. In their culture there is one man who thought he never died. They call him the immortal leader
