Great book about the Vietnam War, written from the perspective of a Marine, by an author who lived (and survived) the ordeal as a Marine himself. It took me a while to get into it, but now the book is hard to put down. Excellent writing, you think you are there with the soldiers in the jungle. Critics say it's the best book ever written about the war.

A Reliable Wife
Don't be fooled by the title, this is not a guide to being a reliable wife. It is a tale that continually has you surprised and waiting for the next twist in the plot. Great read!
