BIAŁY KREM: 250g mascarpone • 200g śmietanki 36% • 1,5 łyżki cukru pudru • 1 łyżeczka pasty waniliowej. Podgrzej śmietankę ( nie doprowadzając do wrzenia ) i wrzuć czekoladki. Całość wymieszaj i odstaw do ostudzenia. Zmiksuj herbatniki i połącz je z roztopionym masłem. W misie ubij SCHŁODZONĄ śmietankę, mascarpone, cukier puder i pastę waniliową.
