These patterns are graded and sized the old-fashioned way and they run from size 42 to 58. To see what size you are, just measure your upper bust. Do this by measuring all around the body and passing below the armholes. Then divide this measurement in half (giving you something in the neighborhood of 42 cm (16.5 inches)). This number is your size.
