I love how Leon doesn't think anything of it. To him it was just Merlin going to play a prank on Arthur. He probably just thinking, "I can't wait to see the results."

What I love about this scene, is that Merlin is overly emotional when confessing. But when he's performing magic, he's calm and at peace.
