Vampire Dip @ Slater's 50/50 -- 2 cups grated parmesan or romano cheese, 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 can (14) oz artichoke hearts packed in water, drained, 1 whole, garlic minced. Mash all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake in 350 oven for about 45 minutes covered then uncovered for about 10 minutes OR microwave 10 to 15 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with bread or vegetables.
