Running is my escape, my therapy. When I run there is only one thing on my mind, and that is to push through the pain. What ever I'm going through when I'm running I only focus on the physical pain I feel at the moment and push through it to reach my goal. It allows me to mentally persevere through any situation I come to face. Others find there escape through art or music or a hobby, and its just a way to relieve stress, and free your mind and focus on one thing.
