So simple and delicious ! it's 1/3 cup oat flour, 1 egg, 1/4 cup water, lots of Indian spices (turmeric, curry, cumin, coriander, etc.) chopped garlic, ginger, scallions, some petite peas and grated carrot...make on a cast iron pan with sesame oil. and cook for about 4 minutes per side!
