DIY Spring Headband - Free Project!
SINGER Easter Egg Hunt - Step 4 (Plaid Egg) Create the rosette. Cut one bias strip of fabric, 27x2". Fold in half lengthwise, with wrong sides together, and press. Use Cording Foot to gather the long sides of bias strip of fabric. To do this, place a single cord, knotted at the end into the center groove of the foot. Select zigzag stitch and sew over the cord creating a 'casing' for the cord. Click the image for more!
SINGER Easter Egg Hunt – Step 3 (Purple Flower Egg) To create elastic casing, cut one 8x2” rectangle from your fabric. With the right sides together, fold in half lengthwise and press. With right sides together and the 8” long edges aligned, sew the strip’s raw edges together using a ¼” seam allowance, leave the short ends unstitched. Cut a 4” strip of elastic. Attach the safety pin to one end of the elastic and use to feed the elastic through the casing. Click through the image for more!
