Agurkesalat 2 c. thinly sliced European cucumbers, 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1/2 c. sugar, gr. white pepper, My mom used to salt the cucumbers in a colander then rinse lightly and drain, Mix marinade then pour over cucumbers. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
