“ H H Dalai Lama by Clive Arrowsmith ”
Wisdom from the Dalai Lama.
"Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive. I have a precious human life. I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others. I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can." - His Holiness, The Dalai Lama

10 Prayers From Different Faiths in Honor of National Day of Prayer
Buddhist Prayer for Forgiveness
The Buddha said that we are never separated from enlightenment. Even at the times we feel most stuck, we are never alienated from the awakened state. This is a revolutionary assertion. Even ordinary people like us with hangups and confusion have this mind of enlightenment called bodhicitta. The openness and warmth of bodhicitta is in fact our true nature and condition. Pema Chödron

Photo editor: PicMonkey. Ho’oponopono is a powerful way to transform your thoughts. When you say, “Thank you. I love you” – you are expressing love and gratitude and raising your vibration. When you say, “I’m sorry. Please forgive me” – you’re asking for the transformation of your doubts, anger, and fears. You want them to be released so that you won’t be a magnet for negativities any longer. Thank you; I love you!
"When you rest in quietness, and your image of yourself fades, and your image of the world fades, and your ideas of others fade, what’s left? A brightness, a radiant emptiness that is simply what you are." -Adyashanti
“Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world.”
A teacher cannot really clear up our difficulties. He is just a source to investigate the Path. He can’t make it clear. Actually what he says is not worth listening to. The Buddha never praised believing in others. We must believe ourselves. This is difficult, yes, but that’s really how it is. We look outside but never really see. We have to decide to really practice. Doubts don’t disappear by asking others, but through our own unending practice. ~Ajahn Chah~
