Homemade Laundry Detergent Ingredients: 1 bar Fels-Naptha bar soap 1 cup Oxi Clean or Borax or 1/2 of each. 1 cup Washing Soda 1/4 cup Baking Soda Use a cheese grader to grade the Fels Naptha bar and put in blender with a mixture of the mix above after measuring. Adding the additional products helps with the blending of the Fels. Since we have a family of 5 and I end up doing lots of laundry I make 2 to 3 batches at once and use 3 tsp per load.

HE Compatible Laundry Soap 1 Zote Bar 1/2 C. Super Washing Soda 1C. Borax 5 gal. Bucket Stir together briefly. Then add: Essential oils are usually added 10-15 drops per every 2 gallons. We like our laundry to smell cozy and divine so I usually add extra. Add more water to your bucket until your about 2 inches from the top. Let sit for 12 hours. Makes 5 gal. Concentrated. Add 5 gal. Water to dilute to regular strength for 10 gal. 4 qts.=1 gal.
