FLIP YOUR GRIP! A continuation of my previous 2 posts Warm up: DONT SKIP THE WARM UP GUYS 1. Chandra Namaskar 2. Yoga Sequence: King Pigeon Warm up 1 & 2 should take about an hour. YES an hour.
