Build a Whole House Uponor Manifold: consider adding an extra line (or more) for future changes. The manifold has two extra lines: one 1/2" on the cold side and another 3/4" on the hot side, both which run up into the attic and are capped...waiting patiently, perhaps never used, but there if needed.
