Spicy garlic butter shrimp/prawns ✨ Recipe 👇#breakthespice INGREDIENTS • 200g/0.5 lb shrimp/prawns • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp white/black pepper • 1 tsp paprika powder (or mild chilli powder) • 1 tsp red chilli flakes • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp lemon juice (or more depending on taste) • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Parsley/cilantro/coriander METHOD: • 1. Marinate shrimp/prawn in salt, pepper and paprika for 30 mins • 2. Mince 1 tbsp garlic and finely chop parsley/coriander for garnish • 3. On high flame, fry the shrimp/prawns in olive oil until almost cooked through. They will cook a little more when tossed in the sauce at the end. Shrimp/prawn cook really fast so be careful to not overcook them • 4. Cook in batches so the pan does not get overcrowded. Once they are fried, s
