MY Mile High Chocolate Cream Meringue Pie!
My Mothers' Mother use to make this wonderful Chocolate Cream filling when my Mother was a child. I watched My Mother make this filling though she used the filling to make Chocolate Fried pies for us as Children. They were SO good but, I do NOT fry anything. I love to bake and bake a lot ALL from scratch. My pie Crust NEVER has Hydrogenated oil like what you will find in Shortening/Crisco, like store bought.
