Pumpkin bread. I didn't have Stevia, so replaced that 1/2cup with 1/4 sugar. I still found this too sweet for me. I'd consider only 1/2 cup sugar total for the pumpkin part, and a little bit more flour. I also didn't use egg whites, used 2 eggs for the pumpkin part and 1 for the cream cheese filling. Quite good still - super duper moist. I like the lightness of no butter!
