Tomato basil sandwich
🎥 healthymoodsf 1 avocado • 1 large juicy tomato • Handful fresh basil • 1 tbsp olive oil • Juice of 1/2 lemon • 1/2 tsp oregano • Salt to taste (i love lots of salt on it) • black pepper to taste • 3-4 slices sourdough bread, toasted • Directions: cut the tomato and avocado into cubes and transfer to the bowl. Chop fresh basil and add to the bowl. Then add lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Gently mix everything with a spoon. • Top each slice of bread with the avocado tomato basil mixture.
