For those that don’t know what Tabata is , it’s a type of workout where you do 8 exercises- 8 times - 20 secs on 10 secs off ( Tabata playlists on Spotify tell you when to start and when to stop 😎) Here we are only to repeat the exercises 4 times , I did 5 🤭 you can decide if you want to do more than 4 times , btw it’s at your OWN PACE , you stop and go when you decide , it’s just you vs you and the idea is the heart to race but not burn it . It’s your workout :) Here are 9 exercises we only need to do 8 , the extra one is for you to pick the ones that you want but just one can be changed 🙂 All the exercises are done one by one and you repeat them 4 times .
