Sweetened condensed milk, key lime zest, key lime juice, sour cream, egg yolks, graham cracker crust. Ready in 20 minutes. Top with whipped cream or cool whip. Seriously THE BEST!
Amazing Italian Green Beans Recipe – These are THE BEST green beans you will ever eat. I got the recipe from a caterer that catered a work lunch. OMG! SO good! Green beans, bacon, onion, red, yellow, and green bell peppers simmered in Italian marinade. Garnish with cashews before serving. This is our go-to green bean recipe. Can freeze leftovers for later.
Arancini Casserole recipe – super easy Italian rice casserole. Layers of cheesy rice and meat sauce topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Comfort food at its best! The whole family cleaned their plates and asked for seconds. Rice, ricotta cheese, sour cream, green peas, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian sausage, tomato sauce, onion, and garlic. A great gluten-free alternative for spaghetti night.
Delmonico Mac and Cheese recipe– the most AMAZING macaroni and cheese EVER! We have made this recipe 3 times in the last month. This is simply the BEST!! Super easy to make and tastes delicious. You can make this casserole ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze for later. Elbow macaroni, milk, heavy cream, dry mustard, salt, black pepper, sharp cheddar cheese. One bite and you will be blown away. A new family favorite!
Chili Pineapple Grilled Chicken recipe – only simple 4 ingredients! Chicken, sweet chili sauce, pineapple juice, and honey. TONS of great flavor!! We ate this chicken 2 days in a row! Leftovers are great on a salad or in a sandwich wrap. Can use any cut of chicken you prefer – breasts, tenders, thighs, or drumsticks. So simple and SO delicious!
Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole – THE BEST Mexican casserole EVER! Chicken, sour cream cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, salsa, corn, cheese and Doritos! Everyone goes nuts over this casserole. Only takes a minute to assemble and it is ready to eat in 20 minutes. SO quick and easy. Great for a crowd – even picky eaters love this!
Super Moist Jiffy Mix Cornbread – only 5 ingredients and ready to eat in 30 minutes. The secret ingredient makes all the difference. Jiffy Mix, mayonnaise, eggs, corn, and butter. I know it sounds crazy to make cornbread with mayonnaise, but it is crazy good! This goes with everything – chicken, pork, steak, soup, chili, stews, and your holiday meal!
Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken Chili – this stuff is AMAZING! We’ve made it 3 times this month! We can’t get enough of it!!! Chicken, corn, black beans, chicken broth, diced tomatoes and green chiles, cumin, chili powder, onion, ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar cheese. We served the chili with some cornbread and Fritos. PERFECT! This is already on the menu again this weekend! YUM!
Lunch Lady Broccoli Cheese & Rice Casserole Recipe – quick and easy side dish that is a childhood school cafeteria favorite. Broccoli, cheddar cheese, rice, cream of mushroom, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, butter, and bread crumbs. SO simple and super delicious. Ready to eat in 30 minutes. I am pretty sure my lunchroom never served something so yummy!

Mexican Chopped Salad – the perfect side to all of your favorite Mexican recipes! Lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocados, and cilantro tossed in an easy Mexican Ranch dressing made with mayonnaise, buttermilk, ranch seasoning mix, taco seasoning, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Can make the dressing in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve. The dressing is also delicious as a dip with chips and veggies!
Pulled Pork King Ranch Casserole – a delicious twist on a classic Tex-Mex dish! This isn’t fancy. It is just REALLY good!!! Pulled pork, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz, Rotel tomatoes, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tortilla chips, and shredded cheese. Can make in advance and refrigerate or freeze for later. Great for a potluck and tailgating! I never have any leftovers!
Black Magic Cake – aka Reddit-Famous Nana’s Chocolate Cake Recipe – this recipe is hands-down the BEST chocolate cake EVER! Super simple to make and tastes amazing! Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, canola oil, and coffee. No mixer required! Mix the batter by hand and bake. Top the cake with a quick chocolate ganache. YUM!
7 Layer Salad Recipe – a classic recipe! Layers of lettuce, green onions, celery, green peas, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and cheese. Topped with a homemade creamy dressing made with mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar, garlic, and seasoned salt. Can make in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve. Great for spring/summer cookouts, potlucks, camping and Easter side dish! We ate this for lunch and dinner the same day. Can make ahead and refrigerate for several days. Such a quick and easy fruit and vegetable side dish recipe!

Taco Tuesday never tasted so good!
