I don't know if 1st class is safer. Maybe a little. I wonder if you could find a surgical or N95 mask for Little Miss? We would want to double check to make sure surgical masks work up to .1 microns to be effective at keeping the virus out. My N95 only holds out particles .3 microns and larger. From the chart I was reading surgical masks are better than N95, but the chart didn't go into detail on the surgical masks. Not sure if you can buy surgical masks
