This high protein Italian pasta salad is hands down one of my favorite recipes. Over 30 grams of protein per serving and so delicious!
Ingredients
Meat
• 1 8oz package Deli ham, smoked
• 5 oz Italian dry salami, light
• 1 5oz package Turkey pepperoni
Produce
• 1 Basil, fresh
• 1 Bell pepper, large red yellow, or orange
• 1 Cucumber, medium
• 1/2 Red onion
Condiments
• 3/4 cup Olive garden light italian dressing
Pasta & Grains
• 1 8oz box Protein or chickpea pasta
Dairy
• 1/2 cup Feta cheese
• 4 slices Ultra thin provolone cheese
