- 3.5 oz shredded katafi - 1 tbsp salted butter for toasting - 7 oz pistachio cream - 1/2 small bag of milk chocolate chips - small carton of strawberries (Start by toasting the kataifi in a pan over medium heat with the butter. Once the kataifi is golden brown, remove it from the heat and place in a medium bowl. Add the pistacho cream and combine until all the kataifi is covered. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over high heat until silky. Wash and cut the strawberries in half. Begin to assemble by placing a layer of berries, then kataifi/pistachio cream, then chocolate, anf repeat until the cup is full!)
