Cinnamon buns:
32g (1 tbsp) honey
1 packet dry yeast
340ml (1 1/4 cup) milk
525g (3 cups) plain flour
1/2 tsp cardamom
55g (3 tbsp) brown sugar
60g (1/4 cup) butter
Pinch sea salt

113g (scant 1/2 cup) cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
130g (1 cup) icing sugar

Method:
1. In a bowl add the honey and milk and microwave for about 30 seconds - 1 minute or until warm (not too hot or cold)
2. Add in the yeast, stir and set aside
3. In your mixing bowl add the flour, sugar and salt
