One of our favorite quick breakfasts here, the kids love them. I made a couple different kinds this morning. Some with turkey sausage and some with the microwave bacon from Trader Joe’s.
- •Pick your favorite ingredients and fold them up in to triangle shaped pockets.
- •Use a little cooking spray on a hot pan and set the folded side down first. Cook for about 1-1.5 mins per side to melt the cheese and crisp.
- •Cut in 1/2 and serve with your favorite hot sauce !What would you put in your breakfast pockets ?!.
