Use saran wrap to mold in a circle and cut down middle.

Ingredients are nori, sushi rice, and whatever you want to fill it with. Could even be vegan / vegetarian.

I used spicy crab mix

• cucumber, avocado, and sesame seeds

Soy sauce or chili oil for dipping
