Party Snack Roll
📝 Recipe for 4 servings
400 g vegan cream cheese
1 bunch of chives
40 g pistachios, peeled
30 g pecans
30 g cranberries
Topping: agave syrup
Side dish:
Salt crackers
Preparation:
1. Chop the chives and mix half with the cream cheese
2. Roll the cream cheese in cling film and place in the freezer for 1 hour
3. Chop the pistachios, pecans and cranberries, mix with the remaining chives
4. Take the cream cheese roll out of the cling film and carefully roll it in the mixture
5. Enjoy with salt crackers
