    Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
    • 1/2 cup white cheese
    • 1 egg
    Method:
    • Hand shred white cheese. Preheat mini waffle maker.
    • In a small mixing bowl, add cauliflower rice, cheese, and egg. Mix well.
    • Sprinkle some cheese into preheated mini waffle maker. Add 1/3 batter into waffle maker. Cook for 3 minutes until desired crispiness.
    • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
    Makes about 3 servings. 1.4 net carbs per serving.
