Cheesesteak Rolls Using Walnuts 
    Check the vibes! We are remixing a classic Cheesesteak today! I love using egg roll wrappers to make a simple but delicious masterpiece. I received a few request to keep the vibes going.
      I am closing the summer off with my favorite song of the summer! 🎶 What’s your favorite song of the summer?
        Walnut Cheesesteak Ingredients:
        • 2 cups of soaked walnuts. (Soak walnuts for 30 min)
        • 2 TBSP olive oil  
        • 1 TBSP chili oil 
        • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
        • 1 tsp salt
        • 1 tsp ground black pepper
        • 1/2 cup chopped onions 
        • 1 pack of vegan provolone style slices 
        3-4 TBSP plant-based milk
          Other ingredients: 
            Chopped fresh green peppers onions 
              Egg Roll Wrappers 
                Step 1. Mix pack of vegan cheese with 3-4 TBSP of plant-based milk in a small saucepan. Cook on low. Stir until melted.
                  Step 2. Blend soaked walnuts, salt, pepper, chili oil and 1 TBSP of olive oil in a food processor for 1-2 minutes. (Do not over mix to keep a meaty texture with the Walnuts)
                    Step 3. Sauté onions in olive oil. Add cooked walnut blend & Worcestershire sauce. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until the crumbles start to brown. Add half of the melted provolone cheese to the walnut blend and mix.
                      Step 4. Using egg roll wrappers, add walnut crumbles, melted provolone, and fresh chopped green bell peppers to one corner of the wrapper. Roll the wrapper and seal the ends with water. 
                        Step 5. Fry or Air-Fry the rolls. 
                          Step 6. Serve with vegan garlic aïoli or sauce of choice.
