USS Ticonderoga CV-14

The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Ticonderoga (CV-14) underway at Norfolk, Virgina (USA) on 30 May 1944, shortly after delivery to the Navy by Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company. She is wearing camouflage Measure 33, Design 10A. Date 30th May 1944.

USS Boxer CV-21

USS Boxer, a 27,100-ton Ticonderoga class aircraft carrier, was built at Newport News, Virginia. Commissioned in April 1945, she did not complete initial training in time to participate in World War II operations, but was actively employed in the Pacific during the Post-War years, making ten deployments to the Western Pacific from September 1945 into 1957.
