Drop that right into that corner. I used a bay half a cup. Finally, we're going to add in some oats. We're going to do one cup. Perfect and that's all you need for this easy, yummy recipe. Now, we're just going to give that a nice mix. Fold in all of those beautiful and delicious ingredients together. This is such an easy and quick little snack or meal that you can make for yourself, for your kids. It's nutritious and delicious. It's got all of the goods. Mmm. Gotta get your oats in and what better way to do it than making some nice oats bars. That is what we're making here. Super easy and fresh homemade. We're going to make this into some bars. So it's like a nice go-to snack. Yum yum yum. Just make sure to really fold in those ingredients perfectly because otherwise it will not stick together if it's not perfectly mixed. Oh as it's smelling so good already. Beautiful. That looks great. Once you have everything nice and folded together, you just kind of want to flatten it out. Make sure it's completely even. So, it just comes out looking nice and pretty. Look at that. Ooh, this is looking so good already. So delicious. We've got all of the best ingredients in here and you can adjust this recipe to your liking of course. If you don't like blueberries, maybe throw in some raspberries. If you don't like peanut butter. Maybe you could do almond butter. It's really whatever your preference is. Okay, that looks nice and even to me. Now, I'm just going to pop this into the oven. 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Okay, our healthy and yummy treat is all done. Ooh yeah. So good. Let's dig in. So these are meant to be bars. So we're just going to get a nice square. Look at that. Perfectly cooked. Oh you know I think I want to get the middle. So hopefully it'll be just that perfect rectangle. Ooh. Okay, here we go. Yum. Look at all of that deliciousness. My gosh. Okay. Let's give it a try. So remember we just have the banana, strawberries, blueberry, and oats and peanut butter. So good. So healthy. Oh my gosh. This is my breakfast for the next week. This is so good.

That is have my tortillas cut. I have four inches in the middle. This is going to be really fun. So the first part, I'm just going to take those strips from the center. I'm going to add them around overlapping to kind of fanning them out. That looks neat. Just keep going. The way around. The first thing that I'm going to add is some cheddar cheese. So just enough to cover that bottom of the ring. And then I just made some taco meat. So hamburger with taco seasoning and so I'm just going to put that around and I did one pound. So we're doing half of that right now. Okay just a one more spoonful. So I love black olives. Yeah. So we're going to add some black olives around. Just a layer of that. I sauteed up some onions so I'm going to add some onions to this. I think that's good. Just a little bit enough to get some flavor in there. A little bit more. And I cut up one red pepper and sauteed it. So we're going to add that in. Love all the colors to this too. And you could do green pepper or any other cup of pepper. One jalapeno from our garden. So we're just going to put about half of that jalapeno on this layer. There we go. So I'm going to take some of the rounds of the tortilla and then just kind of make a layer with that. Kinda overlapping a little bit. I think this is looking great. One more Monterey Jack cheese. This is actually probably my favorite cheese. I love it. No matter what I'm having. I love Monterey Jack cheese. So just enough to coat the bottom. So I think we should have a little crunch in our upside down taco ring. So I'm going to add some chips in there. Yeah so just a nice layer so when you cut into it or bite into it it's got a little bit of crunch to it. And you could add flavored tortilla chips to this. We've got the nacho cheese or ranch or any kind of tortillas that you like. But I'm just keeping it kind of simple. Cover that up with another layer of our tortillas. And that one in there. Oh I see that that looks good. I think that looks perfect. Alright. So next up we're going to do cheddar cheese again. So we're almost to the top. So we're almost done. Mhm. I'm not going to be able to make this much taller. Okay. And then a little bit more taco meat. We have that other half of a pound. So this is our last layer. So this'll be great. Yeah this is going to be so good. Okay so I want to add a more a little few a few more veggies to this layer. So I got my plaque olives, my onion, the jalapeno. Okay and I have a little bit more of that Monterey Jack cheese. So I'm going to add that in. We're going to put the last thing on. Oh yeah. Oh my gosh. One more layer. Add here. I'm just going to kind of fold these pieces in. Press them in. Mm yeah that's great. Okay. Hold that in. Alright. Push it in. Oh my gosh. Look at that. Okay guys. 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. And then we're going to flip this upside down. Alright. Our upside down taco ring is done. Nice and crispy. We gotta flip this over. Okay I'm got my plate. Okay, ready, set, Maybe let me see this. Oh my gosh. That is beautiful. Look at that. Oh my gosh. It's so pretty. Okay. Oh you can hear that for those. Perfect. And it's a little hot. Oh my gosh. Yes. Look at that. I can't wait to try that. You can see I already have a few in the bottom. We are making Hawaiian pork chops today y'all. This is going to be delicious. Perfect. Now, you're going to take the remaining juice from our pineapples and we're going to pour that in a bowl. Set that aside because now we're going to make the sauce to go over the top of this. We're going to add a half cup of soy sauce. I've opted for the less sodium variety. Goes right in with your pineapple juice. And now we're going to have three tablespoons of rice vinegar. That goes in there as well. Now, we're going to add two teaspoons of minced garlic right in there as well. Okay, so that was two and a half. Now, we're going to add a third a cup of brown sugar. There we go. I was going to have to spank it but it came out. We do need some ketchup. It's in the fridge. Ketchup? Alright. Would you grab that for nutrition? Sure, I get that right out of the fridge. Ketchup is, oh, right here. Good. Beautiful. This is going to be a yummy sauce. We're going to use a quarter cup of ketchup. So this is a Hawaiian pork chop recipe. We were just in Hawaii last year and I'll tell you what, food was delicious. So, I'm excited to try this one and it's going to be healthy and full of protein. Now, we've got three tablespoons of cornstarch in our bowl and I've got one half cup of water and mix that up and then once this gets to a nice consistency that runny. We're going to add that to the rest of our sauce mixture. Okay, that looks good. Okay. It's a weird concoction here. It's going to be delicious. Now, we're going to add that mixture on top of our pineapples and pork Now, that's going to be good. I can't wait to try this and Alright, y'all. We did it. We have made Hawaiian pineapple pork chops in the crock pot. This is my first time making this. So, I'm very excited to see how it turned out. I think it's time to see. It smells good. No. Look at that. So, we have a little bit of everything in here. The sauce is nice and thick. You can see that it is because we added that cornstarch. There was some soy sauce, some ketchup, brown sugar. We've got our pork chops and our pineapple and I've got some rice for serving. Okay, let's see. Got some pineapple, got some pork. Alright, so put a piece of pork on. Okay. Alright. And the pineapple right there. I think that looks pretty good. Wow. Look at that y'all. But in case you want more of that sauce. I got my ladle. And we're just going to pour that right over the top. Oh yeah. This is a winner. This smells so good. I wish you had smell of vision. Alright Kyle you gotta get it in. Alright you're coming in. So give me a piece of let's see what it looks like. Oh yeah. We are cooked. It looks beautiful. It smells good. Okay. Let's do it. Alright here we go. Ready? Ready? No you're doing the first bite. I know I'm doing it. You gotta do it like an airplane though. Okay. Okay. Just kidding. How is it? Tell us how it tastes. Is it good? It's a little bit hot by the way. Oh no. It's too hot. If y'all watch us and you notice that I I'm not wearing oven mitts when I take things out of the oven. That's intentional. That's because I let it cool a little bit so I don't superhuman hams. We are mushrooms. But I let it cool a little bit. I don't do that with the crock pot so sometimes we get a bite and it's too hot. It's a little bit hot. You have to try it. It's good. I was really worried how the Oh I love the sauce. The sauce is going to taste but it turned out. It looked like it was crazy when it was making the sauce. Mhm. It's good isn't it? This is a winner.
