Tadeusz Rolke - one of Poland's most respected protojournalists, known also for his great portraits of Polish artists and celebrities, as well as for famous "Fishmarkt" series photographed in 1970s Hamburg, Germany  - is the subject of new documentary DIARY OF A JOURNEY which will premiere in NYC on July 25. On December 13th 1981, Poland was brought under Martial Law - and on the very day this happened, the British photographer Chris Niedenthal took this iconic picture in Warsaw: a tank in front of (now demolished) MOSKWA ("Moscow") movie theater, where Francis Ford Coppola's APOCALYPSE NOW was playing.
