Cream Cheese Kolacky Recipe (not to be confused with Kolache- 2 different pastries). My grandmother folded all four corners of hers, filled them with solo pie fillings like prune, apricot, peach, poppyseed, and cinnamon/sugar. Then, she'd make a milk/confectioner's sugar glaze and drizzle over the top as soon as they come out of the oven. SO good and often requested at reunions and potlucks!
