This looks heavenly! Hot baths with Epsom salts and a few drops of lavender essential oils are a delightful way to soothe sore muscles, melt away stress, unwind before bed, and practice self care. If you don’t have a bathtub, a steamy shower with a salt scrub would work, too. I whole-heartedly recommend them.
