Strawberry Lemonade Cookies [adapted]: 1 (18.75 ounce) moist lemon cake mix; 1 (18.75 ounce) Strawberry cake mix; 2 cups powdered sugar (divided) Make each cake mix in a separate bowl. Add 1 egg, ½ c butter, 1 tsp. lemon juice to each cake. Mix til well blended. Roll 2 rounded tsp. of each cake into a ball. Combine to make 1 big ball. Dip in icing sugar. bake 10 minutes at 375º.
