My favourite breakfast! Energy for all day Oatmeal, yogurt, banana, dactyl, grapes, sunflower, peanut butter and flax seed

Dinner today: red lentils, chicken with provencal herbs, tomatoes, chickpeas and sunflower. Lots of proteins and it is delicious!

Great lunch today: potatoes puree with dill and coconut milk, chicken with soy souce  SALAD: baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, walnuts and honey mustard souce  DELICIOUS!

Healthly pancakes 1 egg 1/3 glass buttermilk 1/4 glass oat bran 1/4 glass wholegrain flour 1 table spoon brown sugar or stevia 1 tea spoon baked soda Mix protein add yolk, buttermilk and sugar. Mix it together, next add flour, oat and baked soda, bake at teflon pad. Serve with peanut butter, banana, blueberries and yoghurt :)
