YOGA SEQUENCE TO FORWARD FOLD: 3 years ago I could not touch my toes, 3 years later my elbows can touch my toes. DOWNWARD FACING DOG 5mins Man will you feel this in the shoulders but get up close & personal with your foundation & all harder poses will feel easier - 2.
