Scene accompanying the weighing of the heart, the most famous scene from "The Book of Coming Forth by Day" taken here from the Papyrus of Ani, held in the British Museum. This particular chapter, or utterance which begins with the opening line of "My heart, my Mother, my heart, my Mother, my heart of coming into being" was inscribed on stone scarabs and placed over the heart of the deceased. It purpose was to guide the heart during judgement form speaking ill about the deceased.
