They need to be skin them or the skin's not on and I have found that this colander really helps skin the nuts. So using the colander's the best way to skin your nuts? It sure is. Mhm. That's what I found. You're going to put your one and a half cups in all the shavings may not be fine. That's fine. Put one and a half cups there on the bottom. Looks good. Then you need to go over to your stove. And I have melted two and a half tablespoons of butter. Oh nice. It's like perfectly melted. And then one and ahalf cups of peanut butter. Mm. Added to the regular butter. And we're going to stir this up. Okay. So once you have that in there. Go ahead and put in your marshmallows. Yeah. You turn up the heat because it was on low or. Uh you kind of want to cook this on a low consistency. Oh okay. You can turn up a little bit but you gotta stay with it. You don't want it sticking or scorching. Then you add this is a sweet condensed milk. Okay. Love that. Good old sweet. Okay. It kind of reminds me of like you said rice krispies and stuff earlier. What you yeah it reminds me a lot of rice crispy treats when you're making them. You don't put the condensed milk in rice crispy treats so. Don't like much. We definitely don't want it to burn so no. Keep it moving. Cuz if you scorch something like this, you'll taste it. I think we're good and we're good. Ready to take it to the casserole dish. Okay. Oh yeah. It's looking good. Oh yes. Ooh good and creamy. Oh that does look good. Mhm. That is very creamy. Look at that. We're just pouring that marshmallow, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk mixture right over these. Oh it smells good. It does smell good. Looks really good too. Okay we don't want to leave out anymore. Mm mm. Look at that. That looks really good. Almost reminds me too when I've made peanut butter fudge. Oh you know right? Yeah. Do you put marshmallows in fudge? You can. There is a recipe where you make with marshmallows. Yes. Or marshmallow cream. Same thing. Okay that looks That looks really good. Oh boy that does. That does. Yeah really. Now you're going to top it with the other peanuts. Your other peanuts. And going to make sure we have all the shells off. Or the skins. So this is the so you believe this is the best way to skin your nuts. It is. It is this toffee. Look at let me see under there. Look how many come off. Oh my gosh. Looks like chili powder. I mean you have a few that don't come off but can you just fine? Yeah we're okay. And you just take it. Matter of fact, a little bit of skin helps separate. Yeah. Gives it a little color. Mm hmm. Then you're going to take them and put them in the refrigerator. For how long? To chill. Just I would say yeah I would say at least do you need to like press it in or anything or? No I I would I just kind of give it a little tap. These are homemade payday bars. Yes. Dang this is going to be really good. I'm excited about this. Oh yes. So you're just going to put it in the fridge? Mhm. Pick it up. Put it in the refrigerator. Hopefully we got a spot. I know you got that. We got our last dessert in there. We can take this out. Put it right there. Um I can't wait. Alright the finished product. Let's try some payday. Good and chilled. Okay and then just take your butter knife. Okay I think they might have to chill some more. You think? Yeah I think so. Yeah because I could tell. See they're still a little mushy? Yeah.
