I taught this technique in one of my classes and it was definitely a favorite. I need to make more cards using this beautiful technique.
Pick up the brad with the tweezers and heat it up with the embossing gun. I did mine for about 50 seconds or so. just dip it into the embossing powder. The embossing powder melts on the hot brad resulting in a smooth shiny finish.

Another embroidered bookmark, I can’t seem to be able to stop making these! This time I wanted to try cross stitching directly onto paper, so I marked out the grid using a piece of 14ct Aida as a template and it totally worked.
