Chocolate Crinkles II - I dipped them in powdered sugar twice and baked them for 11 minutes. I used 3 jumbo eggs. The last batch I made, I added cloves, ginger and roasted cinnamon to the powdered sugar.
Super easy shortbread recipe, worked well with cookie stamps. A little underdone and bland, though. Next time: try adding lemon zest instead of vanilla and bake 12 whole minutes. Roll some in powdered sugar before stamping, see how that turns out.
