Here’s a Quaker Oats smoothie that’s tasty AND nutritious. Blend ½ cup oats, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds & 1 teaspoon fresh ginger until the oats are finely ground. Add ½ cup of non-fat milk, 1 cup frozen berries & 2 teaspoons of honey. Blend until the berries are pureed & the mixture is well combined. It’s ready to serve. If you want a thicker smoothie, add 2 or 3 ice cubes & blend till smooth. Pour it out & garnish with frozen berries.
